You'll help them understand ARULA's programs and take the first step toward supporting their child. What you'll do

- Speak with parents who have reached out to us, listening to their concerns with empathy
- Explain ARULA's programs and guide families to the right one




- Follow up with parents who need time to decide
- Support families through enrollment and onboarding
- Keep accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversations
- Work towards monthly enrollment goals, rewarded with incentives

Who we're looking for

- Graduate in Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Genuine interest in child development or healthcare
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
