Position Summary
We are looking for customer-focused and communication-oriented Customer Service Executives to join our US logistics create a requiremnet reoperations team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
- Follow company policies, processes, and SLAs.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
Compensation & Perks
- CTC: ₹35,000 per month
- Night allowance applicable as per company policy.
- Logistics/Cab facility available, subject to route feasibility.
- Work from office environment.

Working Days
- 5.5 days working
- 6 days working during the probation period
- Weekly off as per business/roster requirements.
Important
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the BJS office, Sector 67, Mohali, and working in rotational US night shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
