About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and verify orders before dispatch. The role involves ensuring that all order details, products, quantities, addresses, and shipping information are accurate so that orders are dispatched correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify order details before dispatching, including product, quantity, customer details, address, and payment information.
- Cross-check orders with invoices and packing details.
- Ensure the correct products are packed and ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team to resolve any order discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify shipping labels, invoices, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with courier and delivery partners for timely pickups and dispatches.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
- Handle order-related issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper packaging and dispatch procedures are followed.




- Maintain daily logistics and dispatch reports.

Requirements

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of order processing and logistics operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, or order processing is a plus.
