Core Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Organize shift schedules, assign daily tasks to operators, and track output against targets.

- Quality Control: Monitor products during manufacturing to ensure they match company and industry standards, reporting any defects immediately.

- Equipment & Maintenance: Oversee machine operation, coordinate routine servicing, and report mechanical breakdowns or faults to the engineering team.

- Team Supervision: Train current workers on safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while managing attendance and shift handovers.

*

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules (such as wearing protective gear) and maintain clean working conditions on the shop floor.

*

- Documentation: Record daily production outputs, material usage, and equipment logs

Pay: ₹25,349.24 - ₹30,300.43 per month
