The Sales Coordinator is primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Essential Functions:
Support the sales leads with coordination, proposals, and client communication.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Track quotations, proposals, and client correspondence
- Maintain CRM records and update pipeline status
- Coordinate client meetings, visits, and product demonstrations
- Follow up on submitted proposals and pending purchase orders
- Assist in preparation of sales presentations and capability documents
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
