About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Wedding Planner to lead the planning and execution of weddings from initial client discussions through final event delivery. The role requires robust client management, vendor coordination, planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple wedding functions while ensuring high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and related functions.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations and translate them into detailed plans.
- Manage client communication and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project.
- Prepare and maintain event timelines, checklists, production schedules, and function-wise plans.
- Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainment artists, makeup artists, venues, hospitality teams, and other vendors.
- Conduct vendor briefings and ensure timely execution as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Production, Entertainment, Hospitality, and Operations.
- Monitor event budgets, quotations, vendor costs, and approvals.
- Oversee venue visits, technical requirements, setups, rehearsals, and on-ground arrangements.
- Supervise wedding functions and ensure smooth execution as per the planned schedule.
- Handle last-minute changes, client requests,



and on-ground challenges effectively.
- Ensure all event elements are delivered within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation including proposals, costing sheets, vendor details, timelines, and event checklists.
- Guide and supervise junior wedding planners and coordinators where required.
- Conduct post-event reviews and ensure proper closure of all project-related activities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Experience in handling weddings independently from planning to execution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
