Job Title: Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

* Monitor and report patients’ basic needs and any changes in their condition to nurses.

* Assist nurses and doctors during patient care when required.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s room and surroundings.

* Help in shifting and transporting patients safely within the hospital.

* Support patients with personal care and provide emotional support.

* Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.

* Handle basic patient-care equipment properly.

* Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

* Perform other duties assigned by the nursing or hospital management team.

Requirements:

* Minimum *1 year of experience* as a PCA/Patient Care Assistant or similar healthcare role.

* Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital procedures.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Caring, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
