JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital campaigns. The role involves managing Meta and Google Ads, tracking campaign performance, and supporting customer acquisition for a growing D2C beauty and wellness brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track campaigns using GA4, UTM parameters, and analytics tools.
- Manage and optimize Shopify-related digital marketing activities.




- Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives and content.
- Support UGC, influencer, and social media marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2–3 years of hands-on Digital/Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with GA4 and campaign tracking.
- Good understanding of performance marketing metrics.
- Experience with Shopify is preferred.
- D2C, beauty, skincare, or wellness industry experience is preferred.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
