Job Summary
Inductus Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with hands-on experience in government and institutional tendering, GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals. The candidate should have experience handling service-based tenders, contracts and government procurement processes, with robust knowledge of tender documentation, bid compliance and commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process on GeM, CPPP and other government e-procurement portals.
- Identify and evaluate service-based tenders relevant to the company's business offerings.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, technical requirements, commercial terms and submission conditions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required technical, financial, statutory and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with clients, government departments, consultants and other stakeholders for tender-related clarifications and requirements.
- Prepare tender-related documentation including EOIs, RFP/RFQ responses, compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely submission of EMDs, tender fees, performance guarantees and other required documents.
- Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, deadlines, bid status and outcomes.
- Track tender results, technical evaluations, financial bids, negotiations and order/work-order finalization.
- Support vendor registration,
empanelment and profile updates on government and institutional procurement portals.
- Monitor government procurement notifications, policies, bidding procedures and upcoming service opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations and business development teams for post-award documentation, contract requirements and project handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in tendering/e-procurement, preferably with government or institutional projects.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP and other e-tendering portals.
- Experience in handling service-based tenders, manpower outsourcing, facility/technical services, project-based services, consulting or similar contracts.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, bid compliance, commercial terms and government procurement procedures.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong documentation, coordination, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and meet strict submission deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with government departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies or large institutional clients.
- Experience in preparing bids for service contracts and project-based assignments.
- Knowledge of government tendering policies, procurement procedures and contract conditions.
- Experience in handling tender queries, clarifications, negotiations and post-bid processes
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
