US COLLECTIONS – CREDIT CARD COLLECTIONS

Location: Sector 64, Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Process: International Collections

Working Days: 5 Days

Shift: Night Shifts

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding credit card accounts.
- Contact customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate payment-related solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment commitments.
- Maintain professional and effective communication throughout customer interactions.
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements as per process guidelines.
- Accurately update customer and collection information in the system.
- Maintain required quality, productivity and compliance standards.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines while handling customer accounts.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

1. Customer accounts are assigned to the collections team.

2. The executive contacts US customers through the assigned process.

3. The executive discusses the outstanding credit card balance with the customer.

4. Customer concerns and payment-related issues are understood and addressed.

5.



Suitable payment commitments or arrangements are discussed as per process guidelines.

6. Interaction details and customer responses are updated accurately in the system.

7. Follow-ups are completed as required.

8. The executive is expected to maintain communication quality, productivity and process compliance.

ELIGIBILITY:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in US Credit Card Collections.
- Customer Support experience preferred.
- B2H & C1 level English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Sector 64, Noida.
