Job Summary

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Solar Welder to join our solar installation and project team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, and installation of solar panel mounting structures and related metal components.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding and fabrication work for solar mounting structures.
- Fabricate and assemble MS/GI/steel structures as per project requirements.
- Carry out ARC/MIG welding, cutting, grinding, and drilling.
- Measure, align, and install solar mounting structures at project sites.
- Ensure proper welding quality, alignment, and finishing.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at work sites.
- Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment properly.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, and installation teams.
- Complete assigned work within project timelines.




- Maintain a clean and safe working setting.

Requirements

- ITI Welder / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of welding or fabrication experience preferred.
- Experience in solar structure fabrication or installation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ARC/MIG welding and metal fabrication.
- Ability to use welding, cutting, grinding, and hand tools.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and structural drawings.
- Willingness to work at outdoor/project sites.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
