Responsbilities

- Make outbound calls to customers or potential customers.
- Receive and answer incoming customer calls.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain good communication and build customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests politely.
- Record call details, customer information, and follow-up status.
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
