As a Telecaller, you will speak with customers who have previously purchased from Our brand, verify their order, understand their experience, introduce them to other products/offers, and encourage repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

- Call existing customers and build a friendly conversation.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase.
- Introduce customers to other products and recent cases.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat purchases.
- Explain product features, offers, pricing, and discounts clearly.
- Handle basic customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Follow up with interested customers until the purchase is completed.
- Share common customer feedback with the sales/marketing team.

What We Are Looking For

- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Friendly, persuasive, and energetic personality.
- Ability to handle objections and convince customers without being pushy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or e-commerce sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
