We are looking for an Electrical Engineer experienced in pole erection, street lighting, electrical cabling, and related site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, ensuring proper installation as per drawings and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Supervise and execute street lighting and electrical pole installation works at project sites.
- Manage activities related to pole foundation, pole erection, alignment, grouting, and installation.
- Supervise installation of street light poles, lighting fixtures, brackets, feeder pillars, junction boxes, and associated electrical equipment.
- Coordinate cable laying, termination, jointing, and connection works.
- Supervise installation of underground electrical cables, conduits, cable trays, and protective systems.
- Ensure proper earthing of poles, panels, and electrical equipment.
- Check pole alignment, levels, foundation dimensions, and installation quality.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs, and approved shop drawings.
- Coordinate with civil teams for pole foundations, excavation, ducting, and reinstatement works.
- Monitor subcontractor and manpower activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Verify electrical materials received at site against approved specifications and BOQ.




- Conduct inspections and testing of lighting systems, cables, earthing, and electrical connections.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material records, inspection requests, and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, project team, and subcontractors for site requirements and approvals.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and electrical safety standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover of street lighting works.
- Good knowledge of street lighting and electrical pole installation.
- Knowledge of electrical cable laying, termination, earthing, and testing.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Knowledge of pole foundation and site coordination activities.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site manpower.
- Strong site execution and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in street lighting, infrastructure, road projects, solar lighting, or electrical pole installation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
