Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect (0–2 years’ experience) to join our design team. The candidate will assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and documentation for residential, commercial, or institutional projects, working closely with senior architects and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of concept designs, layouts, and working drawings
- Develop 2D drawings and basic 3D models as per design requirements
- Prepare GFC drawings, detailing, and documentation under supervision
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants
- Support in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and schedules
- Assist during site visits, inspections, and coordination with contractors




- Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings as instructed
- Ensure drawings comply with local byelaws, codes, and standards
- Maintain proper drawing records and project documentation

Required Skills & Software:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
- Basic understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
