Role Purpose

* Manage the procurement of non-food consumables and packaging materials.

* Ensure brand-aligned, premium-quality packaging while maintaining cost efficiency across all restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Source packaging materials such as boxes, bags, containers, and takeaway packaging that reflect the brand’s premium positioning.

* Source non-food consumables, including disposables, cleaning supplies, printing and stationery, and guest amenities.

* Negotiate with packaging vendors and printers and manage custom and branded packaging development.

* Drive the sourcing of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging in line with the brand’s sustainability commitments.

* Coordinate with the Brand and Marketing teams on design updates and seasonal or festive packaging.

* Monitor city-wise consumption and optimise inventory levels and reorder points.

* Manage vendor performance,



conduct quality checks, and carry out periodic cost benchmarking.

* Own and manage the budget for the non-food and packaging categories.

* Ensure the timely availability of non-food and packaging items across all cities.

* Support current restaurant launches with packaging and non-food supply planning.

Qualifications & Experience

* Education: Graduate/MBA in any discipline.

* Experience: 5–9 years of experience in packaging or non-food procurement.

* Industry Exposure: Experience in F&B;, QSR, or FMCG is preferred.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
