Education Street is an ethics-first career counselling and study-abroad guidance firm built on one principle: diagnose before you prescribe. We're looking for someone who can bring that same precision to our digital presence content that tells our story right, and campaigns that convert without gimmicks.

What you'll own

Build and run the Instagram content calendar — Reels, posts, carousels, Stories end to end, from ideation to execution.

Write hooks, captions, and ad copy that sound like us: direct, credible, not salesy.

Set up and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery/Demand Gen).

Own campaign budgets and performance — CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS and act on the numbers, not just report them.

Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and messaging.

Track trends, competitors,



and audience behavior to keep content and campaigns sharp.

Deliver clear, regular performance reports on social and campaigns.

What you bring

1–2 years in digital marketing or social media, with real hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience not just certifications.

Robust Instagram instincts: content strategy, copywriting, planning, and an eye for what actually performs.

Working knowledge of YouTube Ads, Display, Discovery/Demand Gen, and paid social more broadly.

An analytical mindset comfortable with KPIs and optimizing campaigns based on data, not guesswork.

Compensation: ₹25,000–35,000/month, based on experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
