About the Role

Altiz Realty is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.

If you are confident on calls, good at convincing customers, and motivated by sales targets and incentives, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain our real estate projects and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and customer records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client conversion.

What We’re Looking For





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and energetic personality.
- Strong interest in sales and target-based work.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales or real estate sales is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000/month
Performance Incentives: Available
