Performance Marketer

We’re looking for a performance marketer who owns growth, not just campaigns.

What you’ll do

- Run and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
- Drive app installs, bookings, and conversions with explicit ROI
- Optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and funnels daily
- Set up and manage tracking using GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer or similar
- Test, learn, and improve cost per install and cost per booking
- Share clear weekly insights and next actions

What we expect

- 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Comfortable with data, attribution, and dashboards
- Focused on outcomes, not vanity metrics
- High ownership and bias toward action

What success looks like

- Lower CPIs and CPAs over time
- Scalable campaigns with clean tracking
- Measurable impact on business growth
