Position - Accounts Executive
Location -Taloja, Maharashtra Head Office Salary Khar Head Office twice a week Can be discussed at the time of the interview

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsible Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting processes and reconciliations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle purchase reconciliation and ensure accuracy of purchase records. Perform ledger reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution. Prepare and maintain MIS reports and accounting-related reports. Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation and reporting. Assist with GST & TDS-related accounting activities. Maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents. Ensure timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related queries. Support the Accounts & Finance team with regular reporting and documentation.
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS




2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes. Hands-on experience in Purchase Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation. Good knowledge of MIS Reporting. Experience in Petty Cash Management & Reporting. Working knowledge of GST & TDS. Strong accounting and documentation skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Food Industry Manufacturing Industry
