ob Description: Senior Product Manager – Core Banking SolutionRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Core Banking Product Manager to own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next-generation Core Banking System (CBS) designed specifically for cooperative banks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex cooperative banking operations (deposits, loans, clearing, general ledger) and modern cloud-native fintech infrastructure. You will build scalable, secure, and modular multi-tenant core banking solutions that empower cooperative banks to digitize rapidly while adhering to statutory frameworks. Key Responsibilities

- Product Vision & Strategy: Own the core banking product roadmap, defining multi-tenant capabilities, feature prioritization, and release schedules tailored to the unique operational workflows of cooperative banks.
- Cooperative Banking Domain Expertise: Translate complex cooperative credit society and bank regulations, multi-tier accounting structures, and member-share capital management into robust software specifications.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and architecture teams to build high-performance, fault-tolerant transaction processing engines and intuitive interfaces for bank operators.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure absolute compliance with central bank and regional co-op guidelines (e.g., RBI, NABARD, KYC/AML norms, and statutory reserve requirements).
- Integration & Ecosystem Management: Manage third-party integrations including national payment switches (UPI, IMPS, AEPS, CTS clearing),



regulatory reporting portals, and third-party alternate channels.
- Customer-Centric Discovery: Conduct extensive field research, user interviews, and workshops with cooperative bank executives, branch managers, and auditors to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years managing Core Banking Systems (CBS), lending, or deposit modules in banking/fintech.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of core banking ledgers, interest calculation engines, customer/member lifecycle management, and clearinghouse integrations.
- Cooperative/Community Banking Exposure: Prior hands-on experience or deep familiarity with cooperative banks, rural financial institutions, or credit unions is strongly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Experience with API-first microservices architecture, cloud-native SaaS deployment, database security, and high-availability financial transaction processing.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage diverse external and internal stakeholders, including compliance officers, conservative institutional clients, and agile engineering squads.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional banking certifications (IIBF, CAIIB) is a plus.
- Prior experience migrating legacy on-premise banking systems to contemporary multi-tenant cloud infrastructure.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
