Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with strong exposure to the Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate industry to manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and HR operations for our Head Office and Project Sites.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening and Interview coordination.
- Job posting, recruitment tracker and onboarding of engineers, supervisors, skilled/semi-skilled workers and support staff.
- Develop and maintain a reliable construction manpower pool for current and upcoming projects with timely closure of required positions.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, transfers, attendance and workforce requirements across project sites.
- Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
- Coordinate with project teams regarding manpower planning and workforce productivity.
- Ensure timely joining and deployment of required manpower at project sites.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports and recruitment status reports.
- Implement HR policies,



SOPs and disciplinary procedures across project locations.
- Work closely with senior management to resolve manpower and HR-related issues.

Candidate Profile Must Have:

- Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure or Real Estate.
- Strong experience in construction manpower management.
- Solid recruitment and manpower planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in English communication skill
- Use MS Excel, HR MIS, recruitment portals and AI-based HR/recruitment tools for improving recruitment and HR processes.
