Novo Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and technically skilled B-Class Electrical Contractor cum Project Engineer to manage and execute electrical projects from planning through completion.

The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, electrical project execution, manpower coordination, material planning, testing and commissioning, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in electrical contracting and project execution. Experience in the solar energy field will be an added advantage, especially experience with solar PV installation, electrical works, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise electrical projects as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day site activities and manpower.
- Supervise electricians, technicians, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Prepare and review electrical BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and government/electrical authorities.
- Monitor project quality, progress, materials, manpower, and costs.
- Conduct and supervise electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain site reports, measurements, project documentation, and completion records.
- Identify technical issues at site and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of projects.

Solar Experience — Added Advantage

Candidates with experience in solar PV projects will have an advantage. Experience in rooftop/ground-mounted solar installations, inverter systems, AC/DC cabling, ACDB/DCDB, earthing, testing, commissioning, and solar project execution is preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Valid B-Class Electrical Contractor / Supervisor licence, where applicable.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical contracting/project execution.
- Positive knowledge of electrical drawings, installations, testing, commissioning, and safety.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Solar industry experience is a plus point.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
