Position: Plant Head
Industry: Nutraceuticals / Pharma
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee complete plant operations, including Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and EHS.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, regulatory and safety requirements.
- Lead and develop plant teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Plan manpower, production schedules, resources and plant capacity.
- Coordinate with Management and cross-functional departments for operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Handle audits, deviations,



CAPA and other plant-related compliance matters.

Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Plant Operations / Plant Management.
- Experience in Nutraceutical / Pharma manufacturing is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of GMP, production processes, quality systems and EHS.
- Excellent leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience handling end-to-end plant operations will be preferred.
