Job Description

Carpresso, Kalamassery is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for painting, refinishing, surface preparation, and ensuring high-quality finishing work.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out painting and refinishing work according to company quality standards.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, filling, and other necessary processes.
- Perform paint mixing and colour matching accurately.
- Operate spray-painting equipment and other painting tools safely.
- Identify and correct surface imperfections before and after painting.
- Ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality finishing.
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
- Complete assigned jobs within the required time.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Painter.




- Experience in automotive painting/body shop work is preferred.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and spray painting.
- Good colour-matching and finishing skills.
- Ability to use painting tools and equipment properly.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Responsible and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
