Job Description – Logistics & Supply Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan truck loads from Bangalore to Gurgaon based on stock availability at MS and company warehouses.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are ready for dispatch as per the planned schedule.

Check Delivery Instructions (DI) every morning and prepare the daily order value report.

Plan DI supplies one day in advance, considering vehicle capacity, stock availability, and delivery requirements.

Coordinate with buyers and warehouse teams for timely execution of DI supplies.

Request and coordinate for invoices against the respective DI.

Generate and share Gate Passes and Wholesale Labels with the warehouse team before dispatch.

Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement as per the planned load.

Ensure the E-Way Bill is generated after vehicle loading and before dispatch.

Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely dispatch and inward at all designated locations.

Maintain regular follow-up with transporters, warehouses, buyers,



and other stakeholders to avoid dispatch delays.

Prepare and share the daily supply/MIS report in the evening, covering dispatch and supply status.

Identify transportation requirements and rope in additional transporters whenever required.

Negotiate transportation rates with transporters and work towards optimizing logistics costs.

Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved logistics efficiency.

Maintain accurate and timely MIS and logistics-related reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
