Swastik MultiTrade Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented skilled to join our Real Estate / Township Development team in Lucknow.

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry: Real Estate / Township Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain accurate records of land purchased/acquired from farmers and landowners.
- Maintain farmer-wise, land-wise and transaction-wise records.
- Record and organize land area, ownership and purchase-related details.
- Handle land measurement conversions and calculations.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports and land data.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical land-related records.
- Verify and regularly update land data for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding land records and documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS





Strong MS Excel & MS Office skills
Good knowledge of land measurement units & conversions
Strong data management and record-keeping skills
Good numerical and analytical skills
Close attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in real estate, land acquisition, township development or land records preferred

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree – Required
