Key Responsibilities

· Curriculum & Teaching: Plan and deliver age-appropriate Montessori Play-based educational learning activities. Observe, report and acknowledge age appropriate milestones.

· Child Safety & Care: Ensure the total safety, physical well-being, and emotional nurturing of every child.

· Parent Communication: Engage effectively with parents regarding childcare routines, child development, daily progress, and concerns if any. Keep the daily checklists and milestone reports up-to date of every child.

· Events & Programs: Assist in special events, parent-oriented workshops, and early-childhood development programs as required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

· Completion or certification from a recognized Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE) training program.

· Passion for working with young children and infants in an early learning setting (0 to 4 yrs age group primarily).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· High commitment to maintaining child safety, protection, and confidentiality norms.

· Willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
