DigitalXC is launching this position as part of our effort to create more career opportunities for women in enterprise technology sales, AI and automation.

We want to encourage women professionals who are looking to build a career in B2B technology sales, including those who may not yet have deep experience in AI or automation.

We particularly welcome:

- Women with 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, demand generation or business development.
- Women looking to move from conventional IT/services sales into AI and automation.
- Women returning to work after a career break.
- Candidates who may not meet every technical requirement today but demonstrate strong communication, confidence, learning ability and the right attitude.

The objective is not simply to fill a sales position. We want to give capable women the opportunity to develop experience in enterprise selling, AI, automation and customer engagement and grow into larger sales and leadership responsibilities over time.

About the Role

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will help DigitalXC create qualified enterprise opportunities for our AI and automation solutions.

You will work across inbound and outbound demand generation,



engaging enterprise customers through LinkedIn, email, telephone outreach, campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.

You will learn how to understand customer problems, position technology solutions, conduct initial conversations and presentations, and work with DigitalXC's sales and solution teams to develop enterprise opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking primarily for candidates with 2–4 years of experience.

You do not need to be an AI expert.

What matters more to us is:

- Strong spoken and written communication.
- Good presentation skills.
- Confidence interacting with enterprise customers.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand customer problems before pitching.
- Persistence and disciplined follow-up.
- Comfort with both inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Interest in AI, automation and enterprise technology.
- Ability to take ownership and work toward measurable outcomes.

This role is intended to provide a strong growth path for women who want to establish themselves in the next generation of enterprise technology sales.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
