Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business teams to understand and address HR requirements.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, confirmations and exits.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reports and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning as required.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Analyse HR data and provide regular reports to management.




- Support HR initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/HRBP roles.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
