About the role
BNI Deira Dubai is the regional franchise of BNI (Business Network International) with 8 active chapters and around 270 business-owner members. The Coordinator is the regional office’s operational backbone: converting WhatsApp and social-media leads into chapter visitors, keeping visitors and members engaged, running the region’s social media calendar, and supporting the Executive Directors with administration. The role is remote but works strictly on Dubai time and involves daily contact with the Directors via WhatsApp and Zoom.
Key responsibilities
Visitor & lead management (core, daily)
- Monitor WhatsApp campaign conversations throughout the day; register visitors who are ready to attend into BNI Connect and revive stalled conversations by message and phone call
- Send daily visitor reminders for next-day chapter meetings with venue location or Zoom link; re-schedule visitors who cannot attend
- Send bulk WhatsApp invitations (approx. 200 per run, twice weekly) and cold-call prospects
- Weekly consolidation of visitors invited, attended and feedback received; prepare and send personalised follow-up messages using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT)
- Follow up visitor feedback with Director Consultants, especially prospects ready to join or requesting a call
- Follow-up calls to chapter visitors within 48 hours of their visit
Social media (daily)
- Publish the daily regional post: static posts, LinkedIn blog, member recognition, chapter post shares
- Prepare the following week’s static posts and blog topics using ChatGPT and design tools, agreed weekly with the Executive Director
- Weekly audit of all chapter social-media pages; chase gaps with the chapter social-media teams and report stats and screenshots to the Executive Director
- Monitor the Facebook ad campaign and adjust to keep cost-per-lead low
Member services & retention (monthly)
- Assign Red & Black members to Ambassadors and DCs; assign 7-month reviews to Vice Presidents; analyze 7-month reviews and flag retention risks
- Run 45-day and 90-day current-member surveys; invite new members to ED GMB and mentoring workshops. Assign 90-day reviews to chapter Ambassador
- Follow up monthly renewals; send engagement/boosting messages to members
- Verify weekly Cohesion reports are uploaded for every chapter; maintain the MSP dashboard
- Events & administration
- Venue bookings and attendee confirmations for LT Forum, Info Sessions, Wisdom Exchange and regional trainings; registration follow-ups for the monthly LT Forum and National Leader Zoom
- Daily admin check-in with the Co-Executive Director: Dropbox document filing, raising invoices, ad-hoc follow-ups
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in customer service, telesales, membership/community management or executive/admin support
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident on the phone with senior business owners
- Hands-on with social media publishing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), Canva or similar, and Managing Facebook Ads
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms/surveys, Dropbox, and AI writing tools (ChatGPT/Claude)
- Highly organized, accountable and self-driven – able to run a fixed daily schedule remotely without supervision
- Must have own laptop and reliable internet; responsive on WhatsApp during working hours
- Strict confidentiality – handles member and visitor contact data; no personal use of contacts during or after engagement
- Prior BNI / business-networking exposure is an advantage
Success measures
- Visitor registrations and attendance per week from campaign leads
