We’re looking for a creative, well-connected, and result-driven Influencer Marketing Manager who knows how to turn creators into powerful brand partnerships.

What You’ll Own

- Discover and build relationships with influencers, creators, doctors & public figures.
- Lead influencer collaborations from idea → negotiation → execution → results.
- Create impactful campaign briefs, concepts, talking points & deliverables.
- Negotiate commercials and build high-value creator partnerships.
- Track reach, engagement, leads, conversions & ROI — not just views.
- Identify emerging creators and new opportunities to grow the brand.




- Work closely with the Marketing & Creative teams to create content that people actually want to watch.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–5 years of experience in Influencer / Creator Marketing.
- Strong influencer network and excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels and current creator trends.
- A strong sense of content, audience psychology and brand building.
- Someone who takes ownership and is obsessed with results, not just deliverables.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
