Media Mantra Global is looking for a passionate Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to join our growing team in Gurugram!

What You’ll Do:
Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Drive lead generation, conversions & ROI-focused campaigns

Monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS & conversion rates
Conduct audience, keyword & competitor research
Develop and execute A/B testing strategies
Analyze campaign performance and create insightful reports
Collaborate with creative, content, social media & client servicing teams

Manage budgets and identify opportunities to scale campaigns

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager




✅ Strong understanding of digital funnels, retargeting & conversion optimization
✅ Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Agency experience is a plus!
