Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with new and existing customers regarding vehicle enquiries.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives for test drives and customer visits.
- Maintain customer data and update leads in the CRM/DMS system.
- Make follow-up calls to generate and convert sales leads.
- Inform customers about vehicle models, offers, finance, insurance, and other related services.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding pending leads and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure good customer experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports.
- Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback and relationship building.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving lead and sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
