*Credit Officer*

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Credit Officer to handle credit underwriting, loan approvals, disbursements, and credit risk assessment. The candidate should have strong experience in MSME and Personal Loans and be capable of leading a credit team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end credit underwriting and appraisal of loan applications.

* Evaluate MSME and Personal Loan applications, including borrower profile, financials, banking transactions, and credit bureau reports.

* Assess borrower creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and risk profile.

* Take independent loan approval/sanction decisions within delegated authority and approved credit policy.

* Authorize loan disbursements after ensuring completion of required documentation, KYC, and pre-disbursement checks.





* Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting guidelines, and risk parameters.

* Coordinate with Sales and Operations for smooth and timely processing of loan cases.

* Lead the credit team, monitor case quality, and ensure process adherence.

Requirements

* 3–6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting / Credit Appraisal / Credit Risk.

* Hands-on experience in MSME and Personal Loans.

* Experience in loan approval and disbursement authorization.

* Robust knowledge of credit policies and lending processes.

* Strong analytical, decision-making, and team-management skills.

* Experience in Bank/NBFC/FinTech/Lending preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
