Product Designer – Home Fashion & Accessories

About the Role

RANJAKAA is looking for a creative and hands-on Product Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves designing products across wall arts, fashion accessories and textile bags, while working closely with local artisans and craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop product collections based on seasonal themes.
- Create designs for wall arts, fashion accessories and textile bags.
- Work directly with artisans and craftsmen during sample development.
- Create artwork for embroidery, placement prints and surface embellishment.
- Select suitable colours, fabrics and materials for products.
- Work with materials such as canvas, cotton, jute and silk.
- Coordinate with artisans during sampling and product development.
- Stay updated with Indian and international home & lifestyle trends.





Requirements

- Experience in Home Fashion, Home Décor, Textile Bags or Fashion Accessories.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, textile structures and material weights.
- Hands-on experience with artisan-based sample development.
- Knowledge of traditional craft techniques such as Block Printing, Chikan, Aari Embroidery, Kantha and Adda Work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing prints, embroidery and surface embellishment.
- Good understanding of home & lifestyle market trends.
- Based in Jaipur or comfortable travelling within Jaipur for sampling.
