Job Summary:
Coempt EduTeck is looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our Examination Business and Delivery at a client location.
Hs/Her primary role is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. His/her primary role is to maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness, timelines and Delivery, ultimately leading to client Satisfaction
Responsibilities

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Ensuring the timely delivery as per client’s requirements
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit,



train and supervise the resources
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements and skills

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role or from Similar domain
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Any Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
