Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.

Location: Noida . (U.P).

​ English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Mandatory).

​Regional Languages: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada (at least 1-2 South Indian languages preferred).

Key Responsibilities

​Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle incoming customer inquiries.

​Clearly explain company services, features, and perks in fluent English or required regional languages.

​Build strong rapport with clients across different regions.

​Follow up regularly with leads to move them through the sales or service funnel.

​Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call logs, and updates in the CRM software.

​Meet daily and monthly target call volumes and lead conversion metrics.

​Candidate Profile & Qualifications

​Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) required; Graduate preferred.

​Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer support (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
