Hiring Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities, customer enquiries, lead coordination, events, photoshoots, vendor follow-ups and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, be comfortable interacting with customers and vendors, and have a confident, outgoing personality. Experience in marketing support, customer coordination, event management or B2B lead generation will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor IndiaMART, Justdial and TradeIndia for customer enquiries and buy leads during working hours.
- Review and access relevant buy leads within approved criteria and portal limits.
- Record lead details accurately and share qualified leads with the sales team promptly.
- Follow up with the sales team regarding lead status and maintain updated records.
- Attend assigned customer and promotional calls and provide approved information.
- Coordinate GeM-related enquiries and requests with the concerned team and follow up on pending activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Support guest coordination, event arrangements, schedules and other on-ground requirements.
- Host company events, welcome guests and make announcements when required.
- Coordinate product, factory and event photoshoots, including arranging products, locations, people and photographers.
- Capture basic photos and videos for marketing purposes.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for company-related content.
- Coordinate with printing and promotional material vendors and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate routine IT support requests with the concerned team.
- Maintain a daily task sheet and provide updates on completed and pending activities.
- Perform other marketing coordination tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable with public speaking, event hosting and appearing on camera.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to respond quickly to customer enquiries and online buy-lead alerts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, social media platforms and B2B portals.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, sales teams, vendors and internal departments.
- Willingness to travel locally for events, exhibitions or photoshoots when required.

Working Guidelines

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Expenses, vendor selection, content publishing, purchase orders and customer commitments will require prior approval.

- Proper maintenance of lead and task records
- Timely follow-up with internal teams
- Effective event and photoshoot coordination
- Vendor coordination and timely completion of assigned activities
- Overall completion of daily marketing tasks

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, customer coordination, event coordination, sales support or related roles are encouraged to apply.
