Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented PPC professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production processes to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and minimal wastage. The role bridges demand forecasting, inventory control, and shop-floor execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of raw materials
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Track inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams
- Generate MIS reports on production, delays, and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and cost targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field)




- 2–6 years of experience in production planning/control (manufacturing setup)
- Knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of inventory management techniques

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma practices
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus
- Experience in industries like automotive, FMCG, textiles, or pharma

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
