· Candidate should be comfortable travelling between project sites, and office locations whenever required.

· Travel reimbursement for official work-related travel from office to project site’s location will be provided as per company policy.

Reporting To: Director – Operations / Management TeamTeam Size: Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Installation Teams across multiple projects.

Job Summary

Yantra is seeking an experienced Manager – Projects to lead the end-to-end execution of turnkey steel, aluminium, façade, and architectural metalwork projects. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete project lifecycle from project handover to final completion.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource deployment strategies.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Site Teams, Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
- Control project budgets, costs, billing, collections, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all project activities.
- Conduct regular project reviews, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure proactive client communication and stakeholder management.

- Maintain accurate project progress tracking and reporting.

2. Profitability & Cost Control

- Deliver projects within approved budgets.
- Control material wastage, rework, and cost overruns.
- Monitor project margins and profitability.
- Ensure commercial discipline throughout execution.

3. Client Satisfaction

- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

4. Billing & Cash Flow Management

- Ensure timely submission of RA bills and project invoices.
- Support collection efforts and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Maintain healthy project cash flow.

5. Planning & Forecasting

- Maintain rolling 2-week and monthly execution forecasts.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and resources.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.

6. Quality Management

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Minimize defects, punch points, and rework.
- Maintain project documentation and quality records.

7. Safety & Compliance

- Drive zero-incident safety culture across sites.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety requirements.
- Conduct regular safety reviews and corrective actions.

8. Team Leadership & Development

- Build high-performing project execution teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Develop future project leaders within the organization.

Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in façade, aluminium, steel structures, architectural metalwork, interiors, or turnkey construction projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, and commercial management skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
