Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager – Restaurant Operations to manage the overall operations and performance of multiple restaurant outlets.

The role will be responsible for sales, profitability, operations, food quality, customer experience, inventory, cost control and team management across the assigned outlets.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in multi-unit restaurant/QSR operations and should be comfortable travelling between outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
- Drive achievement of sales and profitability targets across all outlets.
- Analyse outlet-wise sales performance and implement action plans for underperforming outlets.
- Monitor dine-in, takeaway and online delivery sales, AOV, transactions and product mix.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs, food quality, service and operational standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits, audits and performance reviews.
- Monitor and control food cost, labour cost, wastage, inventory variance and operating expenses.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain food safety,



hygiene and cleanliness standards as per applicable requirements.
- Lead, coach and develop Outlet Managers and restaurant teams.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, manpower planning, training, transfers and performance management.
- Monitor customer complaints, online reviews and service standards.
- Work with the Marketing team on local promotions, customer acquisition and outlet-level marketing activities.
- Identify operational issues, analyse root causes and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare and present outlet-wise performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure all outlets maintain brand, cash handling and compliance standards.

Experience Required

- 5–8 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, food retail or hospitality operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple outlets.
- Experience handling 5–15+ outlets will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel between assigned outlets is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
