- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, punctuality, and work allocation.
- Ensure proper staff allocation based on store requirements and customer flow.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display and attractive presentation of fruits, vegetables, FMCG, and bakery products.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure damaged, expired, or poor-quality products are removed promptly.
- Monitor chiller temperature, cleanliness, product quality, and proper storage conditions.
- Ensure store hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards are maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor billing counters and support the cashier team whenever required.
- Ensure proper stock handling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and minimize product wastage.




- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments regarding stock, maintenance, procurement, and operational issues.
- Ensure all SOPs and company policies are followed by the store team.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure proper handover.
- Check store assets, equipment, and fixtures and report any damage or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain necessary registers, checklists, and daily operational records.
- Prepare and submit required daily reports and updates to management.
- Support audits, inspections, promotional activities, and special events.
- Take immediate action on operational issues and escalate major concerns to the Store Manager/Cluster Manager.

Pay: ₹12,151.09 - ₹22,014.10 per month
