About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design, develop, and evaluate engaging learning experiences for employees, customers, or learners. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design principles with technical skills in e-learning authoring tools to create effective training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, self-paced e-learning).

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, videos, and assessments
- Conduct needs analysis and training needs assessments (TNA) in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.) to create learning objectives and course structures
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for e-learning content
- Build interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into transparent, engaging learning content
- Manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS); ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's model or similar frameworks; iterate based on feedback and data
- Stay current with instructional design trends, adult learning theory,



and emerging ed-tech tools
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or basic multimedia production
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles as applied to learning design
- Experience designing for microlearning, mobile learning, or blended learning formats
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
