Key Responsibilities

- Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product showcases, promotional ads, and behind-the-scenes clips.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Content Strategy: Brainstorm creative video concepts, hooks, and trending themes aligned with current social media trends and company goals.
- Caption Writing & Copywriting: Write catchy captions, compelling headlines, and relevant hashtags to maximize reach and post performance.
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor comment sections, reply to direct messages, and actively engage with our audience to foster community growth.
- Performance Analytics: Track key metrics (reach, impressions, view duration, engagement rate) and optimize content strategies based on data insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Film/Media Production, Marketing, Graphic Design,



or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, content creation, and social media management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop for creating thumbnails, story templates, and banners.
- Hands-on experience operating cameras, smartphones, ring lights, and basic audio/microphones for video shoots.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trending audio, and short-form video best practices.
- Creative storytelling ability with an eye for framing, pacing, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid portfolio/reels demonstrating past video editing and social media work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
