Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes VI to X as per the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching aids.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Promote logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Integrate technology and digital learning tools into classroom instruction.

Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct periodic assessments, unit tests, projects, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Analyze student performance and implement remedial measures for low achievers.
- Maintain assessment records, progress reports, and academic documentation.

Student Development

- Mentor and guide students for academic excellence.
- Encourage participation in Mathematics Olympiads, quizzes, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.

Parent & School Engagement

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and discuss student performance.




- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school leadership.
- Participate in assemblies, school events, educational programs, and co-curricular activities.

Record Maintenance

- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and lesson plans.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and submission of academic reports.
- Keep proper documentation as required by the school and board guidelines.

Career development

- Attend workshops, seminars, training programs, and faculty development initiatives.
- Stay updated with current trends in Mathematics education and pedagogy.
- Support the implementation of NEP 2020 and competency-based learning initiatives.

Educational QualificationsEssential

- Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics as a subject in all three years of graduation.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.

Preferred

- Master's Degree (M.Sc. Mathematics).
- CTET/TET qualification (where applicable).

Experience

- Minimum 3 to 10 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/State Board school.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
