We are looking an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team

Position: Office Assistant – Operations & Customer Service

Experience: 2-5 Years in Office Operations / Facility Administration
Location: Head Office- Ranchi

Key Responsibilities

- Facility Operations Management, Housekeeping & Security Supervision, Vendor & Contractor Management, Operational, Safety & Fire Compliance documentations.
- Draft official letters, notices, circulars, MOMs and management communications.
- Manage management schedules, meetings, appointments and official correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets and daily/weekly/monthly MIS for management.
- Coordinate with various departments and cinema units for timely collection, verification and consolidation of information.
- Ensure all operational compliance documents and licenses required by city/local authorities are updated and maintained for smooth business operations.
- Maintain confidential records, files, databases and operational documentation.
- Organize meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MOM),



follow up on action points and ensure timely closure/compliance.
- Support office administration, database management and documentation as required.
- Conduct monthly visits to cinema units, identify operational challenges, prepare visit reports and follow up on improvement areas.
- Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills & Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in Operations / Administration / MIS preferred in Service/Hotel Industry
- Solid documentation, reporting, analytical and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with management, cinema units, departments and vendors.
- Willingness to travel to cinema units as required.
