Hiring: Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager – LED & Solar Lighting

Location: Ahmedabad / Field Sales
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: Graduate; BE Electrical/Electronics preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales & business development for LED and Solar Lighting products.
- Develop dealer/distributor networks and recent customers.
- Handle project & institutional sales.
- Manage builders, contractors, consultants and electrical clients.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing.
- Handle negotiations, quotations and order conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.

Preferred Experience: Electrical products such as Transformers, Switchgears, Cables, Conductors, Transmission Line Equipment or allied products. LED/Solar Lighting experience will be an advantage.
