About the Role

We are looking for energetic and communication-oriented individuals to join our PR & Media Relations Division.

The candidate will work on building media visibility for businesses, founders, professionals, startups, luxury brands, travel companies, aviation businesses, healthcare organizations and other clients.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing, Communications and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant newspapers, magazines, digital publications, blogs, podcasts and industry media.
- Build and maintain a database of journalists, editors, media houses and publications.
- Research clients and identify potential PR/newsworthy stories.
- Draft press releases, company announcements, founder profiles and media pitches.
- Pitch stories to relevant journalists and publications.
- Coordinate with media representatives regarding interviews, articles and features.
- Follow up professionally with journalists and media contacts.
- Coordinate with clients to collect company information, photographs, achievements and announcements.
- Assist in arranging interviews, podcasts and media appearances.
- Maintain records of media outreach and campaign progress.
- Track published coverage and prepare campaign reports.
- Support online reputation and brand visibility activities.
- Work with the Digital Marketing and Content teams on integrated campaigns.




- Generate potential PR clients through LinkedIn, email, calls and other business-development channels when required.

Skills Required

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to write professional emails and content.
- Research and internet-search skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- Confidence in communicating with journalists, businesses and senior professionals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
