Job Summary – Heat Treatment Operator

We are hiring an experienced Heat Treatment Operator to operate and monitor heat treatment equipment for engineering and machine components. The candidate should have knowledge of heat treatment processes, furnace operations, temperature control and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor Heat Treatment Furnaces and related equipment.
- Perform heat treatment processes such as Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening, Tempering and Stress Relieving.
- Load and unload components safely as per process requirements.
- Set and maintain required temperature, heating time, soaking time and cooling parameters.
- Follow heat treatment process sheets and production instructions.
- Monitor furnace temperature and process conditions.
- Maintain proper records of batch details,



temperature cycles and process parameters.
- Conduct basic inspection and coordinate with the Quality team for hardness and other required checks.
- Identify process abnormalities and report equipment/process issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping around the furnace area.

Preferred Experience:
2–8 years of experience in Heat Treatment / Furnace Operations / Engineering Component Heat Treatment, preferably in heavy engineering, machine manufacturing, forging or machine-tool industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
